Transportation from the Cancun airport

As part of the hotel’s All-Fun Inclusive concept, your booking includes round-trip airport transportation, making your travel experience seamless and hassle-free.

Upon exiting the terminal, look for the friendly Xcaret staff who will guide you to your assigned bus. They are easily recognizable. If you arrive at Terminal 4, you’re in for a treat as you’ll have access to the Xcaret Lounge, where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks.

The shuttle service operates from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM every half hour, and from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM every hour. The journey from the airport to the hotel typically takes about an hour, depending on traffic. During your ride, feel free to enjoy complimentary beverages from the cooler at the entrance of the bus, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, your luggage will be taken care of, allowing you to focus on the warm welcome by the hotel staff. You’ll be offered a refreshing towel and a cool drink as part of your welcome experience. After providing your name, a staff member will escort you to the lobby of the Casa that has been assigned or chosen by you for check-in. Lastly, you’ll be given a wristband that grants you access to all the facilities and experiences the hotel has to offer. If the suite you booked comes with private transportation service, make sure to confirm with your Guest Service Manager at least 24 hours in advance.
